Technical Services, Configuration and Installation Services Dymaxion has a range of technical services available through an annual service contract or on an hourly basis. A well trained and qualified staff provides hardware repair, software installation, network configuration and design. Repair service on a per incident basis is offered for problem equipment or networks. Response time for this type of repair can be upgraded to the annual contract level or to Service-On-Call if needed. Dymaxion is a warranty centre for Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Toshiba, Okidata and other brands. Regardless of the purchase source, Dymaxion can provide depot level warranty service or an upgrade on-site. Following the warranty period, hardware maintenance contracts covering parts and labour are offered, allowing clients to call our service hot line for support. Contracts are available for individual computers or a network of any size. Dymaxion staff are Windows 2000, NT, Novell and VMS certified to provide configuration consulting, installation planning, on-site configuration and systems administration training. Our staff provide invaluable assistance to ensure that integrated computer systems function reliably. Service-On-Call Service-On-Call reduces administration time and saves minimum charges with prepaid blocks of time. Clients can enjoy responsive, contracted technical service and support at economical prices. Service-On-Call provides peace of mind; qualified technicians become familiar with your configuration and can be called on, just like an internal support group. Regardless of the problem, hardware, software operating system or communications, Service-On-Call supports the business operations of our clients. Comfort Zone Comfort Zone is a range of network security and management services from Dymaxion designed to give you peace of mind. It's an odd maxim, but when you connect your business to the world, remember the world is also connected to you. Your data can be read, changed or destroyed by anyone with a computer and a telephone line or internet connection. By using the very latest software tools and highly qualified technicians, our Comfort Zone services can substantially reduce these risks. There are five areas in the Comfort Zone, each designed to focus on a different issue: Intruder Alert!, Secure Remote Networking, Virus Block, Back-up Audit and our popular Service-On-Call. Software The correct choice of computer software is an important issue, especially considering the increasing trend toward connectivity and both local and wide area networks. Software licensing and upgrade programs, together with compatibility issues, can be difficult to manage without experienced assistance. Dymaxion sales staff keep up to date on a daily basis with the latest software issues so they can guide clients through the complex maze of options to arrive at the best solution. Dymaxion is a Microsoft Solutions Partner Provider as well as a Novell Authorized dealer and represents many other major software manufacturers.
